What's a Turnkey?

A Turnkey is someone who knows just about everything there is to know about what’s going on around campus and in the community. Have a question, need directions, need a study room, need a snack, the Turnkey Desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and has operated almost continuously since 1968.

information and schedules for KW transit, bus and train services
international phone cards & prepaid cellular phone cards
food, snacks and beverages available for purchase
squash balls, goggles and swim goggles available for purchase

music in the Great Hall: a large music collection on CD & LP for your listening requests
television in the Great Hall: a large TV screen for your viewing reqeuests
first aid
lost and found service
information rack with current community and university events
general information on special events and almost anything else of interest to the university community
